  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software resources.

Technical Support

  • Provide first-level and advanced technical support to staff and users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Document support tickets and solutions for future reference.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

  • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect systems and data.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
  • Monitor for and respond to security threats or breaches.

Network Management

  • Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Optimize network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Manage internet access and user permissions.

Software & Application Management

  • Deploy and manage enterprise software tools and updates.
  • Support users with application-related issues and training.
  • Collaborate with departments to customize and improve software usage.

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Keep records of all IT assets, including hardware and licenses.
  • Recommend and assist in procurement of new technology resources.
  • Retire and dispose of outdated equipment securely.

  • Participate in planning and execution of IT-related projects.
  • Research and recommend new technologies for organizational growth.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Training & Capacity Building

  • Conduct IT orientation and training for new staff or technology rollouts.
  • Develop manuals and user guides for systems and procedures.
